After I rest from my night duty, I checked the cinema schedules that are available. I have checked Greenbelt 1, but unfortunately only "Pacific Rim" and Ms. Eugune Domingo's "Tuhog" are only showing at their cinemas. So I checked SM MegaMall cinema, and great we will make it on 9:30 pm showing.
The only thing that I don't like is the price of the tickets, soaring high up to 200-300 php depending on whether in 2D or 3D format, provincial SM cinemas have lower prices, well what do you expect to cities here near Manila. I have no choice, the time and area is convenient to my place, so we bought 2 tickets scheduled at 9:30pm in 2D costs 220 php each.
But before we hit the cinema 5, we stopped by Mcdonalds to grab some snacks.
We entered the cinema 5 near 9:15, its free seating so I need to get to the best spot. Luckily this is the cinema with lazy boy chair. I really love that couch. It is so comfortable, my mom actually slept in the couch during the screening time. All the lazy boy couch are full even though it is near the screen.
Lots of movie trailers were previewed as usual like the "wolverine", I will definitely going to wait for that.
On to the movie!!
The Lone Ranger is about a masked Texas Ranger, John Reid played by Armie Hammer and his trusty Comanche Native American Indian warrior, Tonto played by Johnny Depp, narrates their exploits to deliver justice and pacify the corrupt in the American Old West. Produced and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films.
The movie is action packed film that takes you to the old West, in which train transport is still building. John Reid (the lone ranger) is a man believes in the power of law have the strong sense of justice naturally flowing in his veins, but most of the times in his clueless ways, while Tonto, have the smart and witty personality in a very unusual approach, which makes them a great mix-up.
I love the movie, one is that Johnny Depp was in there and second, it was one of the heck of an adventure.
They even put the lone ranger’s famous line "Hi-Yo, Silver! Away!" at the end but as usual, Tonto crashed his trip.
And Tonto usually referred to Reid as kemo sabe ("Ke-mo sah-bee"), which he raised as “wrong brother”.
I haven't got the chance to watch this yet.
