I used this technique for my friend's hime jrock fashion.

WE WILL NEED:

>I used class A short wig and long curl synthetic cheap wig

hehe forgive me i used this pic XD I only used in this tutorial are:

>comb

>scissors for loose ends

>clay wax

>clear glue

>hair pins for securing curls

>I started from top, gather few strands then put some clay wax... then clear glue then curl upwards then secure with pins.

WITHOUT FLASH

>Then I put on the top of the short wig
